Join the SEC Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation as we host our annual Capital Call! We will discuss what’s happening with capital raising from startup to small cap and our 2023 annual report to Congress and the Commission. Styled after public companies’ earnings release calls, the Capital Call will cover:

• Trends in capital raising across the country, including a spotlight on how and where capital is being raised and the unique challenges faced by underrepresented businesses,
• Our Office’s work in supporting small businesses and their investors, and
• The recommendations we shared with Congress and the Commission in our 2023 annual report.
